Acceleron Group is a specialist financial firm that provides investment banking services to middle market clients. The professionals at AG have extensive experience in all aspects of corporate development including: corporate finance, strategy, human resources, litigation management, merchant banking, equity analysis and startup management.

What services does AG provide?

AG works with business owners to help them derive maximum returns from their enterprises by providing valuation analysis and funding for organic or acquisition growth, recapitalization and/or recovery from a distress situation.
As part of the capital raising process, AG works with the executive team on strategic issues required to achieve the most favorable outcome.

What distinguishes AG?

AG banking professionals have experience from Main Street to Wall Street. AG bring New York capital market experience and expertise to companies and markets without traditional access to similar services. Specifically, we work with companies that are smaller and/or further from financial centers than do firms with similar capabilities.

What industries does AG service?

Business precepts are similar across industries, thus the challenges that face a business stem from the appropriateness and complementarity of distribution channels (or real estate), product (or concept), management team and capitalization.
AG's industries of focus are hospitality and consumer products, though we also have clients in other industries, such as financial services, information technology, biotechnology and construction.

What size businesses do you work with (dollar amount range)?

Our clients are generally considered “middle market”, a term we use to describe those with sales between $10m and $100m, though we have been engaged by firms smaller and much larger.

What are some of my options for raising capital?

We work with our clients to attract, as the situation prescribes, common or preferred equity, mezzanine debt, senior debt, sale-leaseback financing and other products such as purchase order financing, factoring and sale advances.

How does AG get paid?

AG works for a modest monthly retainer plus a fair success fee for capital raising.
